Etipack Extreme - High-Speed Label Applicator
The Etipack Extreme is the highest-performing applicator in the Etipack range, engineered for demanding, high-volume production where uptime matters. It reaches line speeds of up to 80m/min and, crucially, accepts larger reels of up to 400mm outside diameter — meaning far longer runs between changeovers than the rest of the range.
An advanced hybrid stepper motor and motorised rewinder maintain precise placement at speed, while multi-tasking electronics and an energy-saving mode keep operating costs in check. Available for label widths up to 100mm, 200mm or 300mm, the Extreme is fully customisable and ready to run as a high-speed print-and-apply system with any major thermal, hot-stamp or inkjet coder, such as EIDOS, Markem or ICE/VideoJet.
