Every ALS labelling system is supplied with a standard 2-year on-site warranty — not a promotional offer, but a straightforward reflection of the quality and reliability built into our equipment from day one.
Beyond the warranty period, our UK-based field service engineers provide rapid on-site response, carrying extensive spare parts stocks to maximise first-time fix rates. Many issues are resolved faster still, directly over the phone with the workshop technicians who built and know your specific machine. Operator training, software support and same-day spare parts despatch (for orders received before 4pm) are also available as part of our after-sales offering.
