Etipack Energy - Versatile Label Applicator
The Etipack Energy is the versatile all-rounder in the Etipack range — built for everyday production lines that need dependable speed and low running costs. Its hybrid stepper motor delivers application speeds up to 60m/min while holding label placement to ±0.5mm, and a built-in energy-saving mode cuts power consumption during periods of inactivity.
Multi-tasking electronics let operators adjust parameters while the machine runs, minimising downtime. Available in three versions for label widths up to 100mm, 200mm or 300mm, the Energy is fully configurable with a range of applicators and ancillary devices and works as a print-and-apply system with all major inkjet printers and thermal coders, such as EIDOS, Markem and ICE/VideoJet.
The configuration is totally customisable with the fitting of a wide range of applicators, support columns and ancillary devices depending on the application requirements of the labels.
Supplied exclusively by Advanced Labelling Systems Ltd, Etipack's official UK & Ireland partner, with full on-site installation, training and on-going support.
