Etipack Whizzy SM — Stepper Motor Friction Feeder
The Etipack Whizzy SM (Stepper Motor) is the most accessible model in the Whizzy friction feeder family — designed for straightforward integration into production and packaging lines without compromising on accuracy or build quality.
In place of the brushless motor found in the standard Whizzy, the SM uses a precision stepper motor with integrated electronics, making it easier and faster to set up. Available in 210mm and 350mm widths with horizontal or vertical dispensing, the Whizzy SM handles the same broad product range as the standard Whizzy — coupons, leaflets, greeting cards, stickers, package inserts, smart cards and sachets up to 3mm thick (8mm with special configuration). Stainless steel and Niplate® 600-treated die-cast aluminium construction makes it suitable for food and pharmaceutical environments.
