With a cast-aluminium housing, the XLS Compact Class are an industrial-capable range at an extremely affordable price. They are fast and durable, even with the most demanding requirements in round-the-clock operations.
User friendly
The 360° rotatable multifunctional display with intuitive menu structure is integrated. The machine can be optionally operated remotely by a cable connection to an additional remote control display.

Multiple Application Methods
Various application devices are available to suit your specific product labelling requirements, depending on speed, position and orientation. Options include: direct apply/wipe-on, blow-on, tamp-on, tamp-blow and a 90° swing-on tamp.

Additionally available IP65 kits provide even more protection and guarantee easy cleaning, which is of particular importance in the food industry. The XLS family can therefore also be used in humid or dusty environments.
XLS Colour Display
The XLS 2xx series benefit from a larger display that can show more information, along with a backlit colour, to indicate various states: Blue – Online & Running OK Amber – Warnings (low labels) Red – Errors or Stopped.
Flexible in Use
The XLS 2xx Series enable top, side & underneath labelling with three different mounting options. The “L”- shaped dispensing edge, which can be rotated by up to 90° and locked in position, ensures even more flexibility.
Easy handling
The backing paper can be removed without difficulty with the “easy-push” mechanism and you can also insert new material just as easily. The material roll can be fixed with ease and is freely accessible at all times.
Tandem Mode
Connect two XLS labellers together in line and they will work together to provide non-stop labelling. When one runs out of labels, the other takes over, while the operator changes the roll, to give continuous running, zero downtime.
