The Etipack Whizzy is the flagship friction feeder in the Etipack range — the highest-performance, most versatile and most extensively specified model available.

Designed for on-demand feeding and dispensing of flat products with the highest precision, the Whizzy is available in three widths (110mm, 210mm and 350mm) with horizontal or vertical dispensing units, and can reach speeds of up to 400 pcs/min.

Built entirely in stainless steel, the Whizzy is suitable for food and pharmaceutical packaging lines. It handles a wide range of products including coupons, vouchers, instruction leaflets, pre-folded brochures, envelopes, promotional cards and sachets up to 3mm thick (or up to 8mm with customised configuration). Brushless motor and PLC electronics allow advanced data exchange with the packaging line, and a wide range of ancillary devices — including encoders, batch trays and high-capacity loading stacks — are available.
