Etipack Whizzy Roll — Roll-Fed Friction Feeder
The Etipack Whizzy Roll is a specialist friction feeder designed for applications where the product to be fed is supplied in roll form rather than as pre-cut sheets.
The machine automatically unrolls the material, cuts it to the required size and feeds it into the packaging line — all in a single, continuous operation at speeds of up to 150 pcs/min.
An orbiter cutter ensures a clean, precise cut, with cutting length set via keyboard to allow quick changeovers between formats. Compatible materials include paper, card, flexible packaging, plastic materials, cleaning pads and food absorbent pads up to 2mm thick. The Whizzy Roll is the right choice where pre-cut stock is impractical or where cutting to size in-line offers a process efficiency advantage.
