ALS T-Series Tube Labelling Machine

High-speed, high-accuracy self-adhesive labelling for plastic and aluminium squeeze tubes

The ALS T-Series is a range of high-speed tube labelling machines that apply self-adhesive labels to flexible squeeze tubes with exceptional accuracy. Designed and built by ALS in the UK, T-Series machines are in use worldwide by leading personal-care brands and flexible-packaging manufacturers — many of whom have switched from traditional screen printing to self-adhesive labelling for its quality, flexibility and lower cost.

All ALS tube labellers are custom built to meet the exacting demands of the manufacturers and suppliers. They can be used stand alone or integrated in-line, matching filling equipment speeds and one or two labels can be applied in registration. Our labelling machines are installed all over the world, including Europe, USA and Asia.

Build Quality

Every T-Series machine is built on a seam-welded, food-grade stainless-steel frame — a solid foundation that keeps movement and vibration to a minimum for consistent, accurate labelling.

Quick Change-Overs

Quick-release tube mandrel assemblies make changing from one tube diameter to another a single-tool operation. Every user-adjustable setting has a precision digital indicator, so the machine can be reset quickly and repeatably for recurring jobs.

Accurate Label Placement

At up to 120 tubes per minute, accurate placement comes down to applying the label at exactly the right moment. A range of sensing technologies gives operators full control over the registration of single or multiple labels through a full 360° of the tube surface.

Customisation

The T-Series can be customised with optional equipment — including barcode verification systems and automated in-feeds — to meet specific process or industry requirements.
