The Novexx ALX 920 series, which covers the ALX 924, ALX 925 and ALX 926 models, is coming to the end of its parts support.
The ALX 920 series was launched in 2001 and immediately became a success for most on-demand print & apply labelling applications.
In 2022, after 21 years of stella service, it was time to retire the range and make way for the more technologically-advanced XPA 930 series, which had been launched 2 years prior as the successor, so that there was a suitable transition period.
As always, with their products at end-of-life stage, Novexx guaranteed spare parts support for another 5 years and so, at the end of this year, spare parts will no longer be available.
If you still have a working ALX 924, 925 or 926, then this is a good time to consider ordering a spares kit while assessing the current XPA 900 range as a direct replacement.
