This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll assist with day-to-day financial administration and general office duties. We understand that flexibility is important — so we’re happy to arrange working hours that fit around school hours or caring for a relative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Accounts Co-ordinator with all aspects of finance administration
  • Managing the sales and purchase ledgers
  • Processing banking transactions and company credit cards
  • Assisting with company car records and liaising with our insurance broker
  • Sourcing quotes for services and utilities
  • General administrative support to the wider team
  • Answering phones, meeting and greeting clients, and providing light hospitality for meetings (such as ordering business lunches)

About You:
This position would be ideal for someone returning to work after a career break, looking for regular part-time hours in a supportive and flexible environment.

You will have:

  • Previous experience working in an accounts or finance role, AAT level 1 or equivalent
  • Confidence using computer-based accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, or similar)
  • MS Office 365, particularly, Word and Excel
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A friendly, professional manner and willingness to help across the business
  • Living locally to Thame or surrounding villages

Why Join Us?

  • Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle
  • Supportive and understanding team environment
  • Varied and interesting workload
  • Opportunity to refresh and develop your skills
