New PCR Squeeze Tubes Help Reduce Carbon Footprint

UK plastics manufacturer M&H Plastics, have recently added a new range of PCR flexible plastic tubes to their growing range of environmentally-responsive products. The polyethylene tube is manufactured from 50% PCR material whilst the shoulder uses 100% PCR.

PCR (Post Consumer Regrind) is plastic that has been recycled, which means it has been reprocessed to be used again in new manufacturing. PCR plastic conserves energy and non-renewable resources as recycling replaces the need for primary extraction and the manufacture of new plastics. M&H say that giving plastic a new life in this way helps their customers to reduce environmental impact by lowering their carbon footprint.

M&H offers a wide range of materials to meet the increased demand for environmentally-responsive products which can be viewed on their website: http://www.mhplastics.com/
