On Sunday 19th July, ALS Sales Engineer, Brian Watts, will be taking part on a 100 mile (yes 100 miles, which is a long way!!) sponsored bike ride in aid of Action Medical Research.
The route will start and finish in Guildford, travelling south, down to Storrington (just outside Worthing) before heading back up via Horsham and Dorking, taking in the challenging hill climbs of Leith Hill and Box Hill.
Brian’s chosen charity Action Medical Research has been funding pioneering medical research for almost 60 years. Their aim is to improve the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of childhood disease and disability by funding the highest quality research most likely to bring benefits to babies, children and their families. They have been involved in numerous medical breakthroughs including ultrasound in pregnancy, the polio vaccine and the hip replacement operation.
